Request deletion of your OrderEasy account and all associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your OrderEasy account and all associated personal data, please follow one of the methods below:
Option 1: Contact Your Restaurant Manager
Ask your restaurant manager or owner to deactivate your staff account through the OrderEasy management dashboard. Once deactivated, your personal data will be soft-deleted and permanently removed within 90 days.
Option 2: Email Us Directly
Send an email to info@square.al with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- The name of the restaurant you are/were associated with
We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Login credentials and session data
- Shift history and clock-in/clock-out records
- Table assignment history
- Notification preferences and device tokens
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes:
- Order records — anonymized order data may be retained for restaurant accounting and tax compliance purposes
- Aggregated analytics — anonymized, non-identifiable statistics (e.g., total order counts) may be retained for reporting
All retained data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Data Deletion Timeline
After your deletion request is processed, your personal data will be soft-deleted immediately (no longer visible or accessible) and permanently removed from our systems within 90 days. Backup copies may take up to an additional 30 days to be fully purged.
