Our Story

Every time we waited in a restaurant we kept asking: why does it have to be like this?

OrderEasy started from a simple question. Why can we book a plane ticket in 30 seconds, but ordering at a restaurant takes ten minutes, three carbon copies and a waiter sprinting between tables?

Albanian restaurants are having an incredible moment — more diners, more expectations, more competition. But the software they had was either imported from somewhere else (and didn't understand 20% TVSH or local printers) or it was an Excel spreadsheet.

Good kitchens don't deserve bad software. And a great waiter shouldn't lose time to paper.

2024

Idea and research

Weeks spent in kitchens, on floors and in owner offices. A spreadsheet becomes a prototype.

2025

Pilot and launch

First restaurants go live. The dashboard, KDS and waiter app start talking to each other in real time.

2026

Full ecosystem

Over 150 active restaurants, customer QR menus, local printer integrations and payment terminals.
